CHARTER INFO - Minimum 12 passengers,  minimum 2 hours, if you wish to shoot, fish & BBQ please allow a minimum of 3 hour charter. Deposit required to confirm booking - please note booking not confirmed until deposit is received includes use of all fishing tackle, tea & coffee

CHARTER CANCELLATION POLICY - If canceled by the client less than 72 hours before charter time, loss of 50% of full charter price. Top Cat Charters reserves the right to cancel a cruise due to weather, marine or operational requirements, in this instance a full refund will be given. Under no circumstances will intoxicated persons be allowed to board the vessel, your charter will be canceled and no refund given. Top Cat Charters reserve the right to allocate our vessels based on which vessel is more appropriate for each individual group. This comes largely to groups size reset assured however, all our cruises operate with the exact same formate

Top Cat Charters cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury or loss of property. Please follow skippers instructions at all times.

ALCOHOL- beer & wine only allowed for BYO. The skipper has the right to refuse any passenger onboard if they are intoxicated. There will be no refund given in this instance. Absolutely no drinking before skeet shooting.
